Here are some easy to follow directions to get hard copies: Open your web browser and in the address bar type: www.jetdeliverymci.com From the main screen, click on the Hard Copy button Enter your name and password Enter the HAWB you want to retrieve. (please note: we do not use city code prefixes on bill numbers nor do we use any punctuation so please do not use them in your search) When your bill number and any other documents that are associated with it come on the screen simply click on the bill to either open it or save it. Hard copies are available usually 24-48 hours after delivery.
